Abstract: | 「蜜蜂」是自然界最主要的授粉者,許多植物皆仰賴其授粉功能繁衍族群,而人類的糧食作物當中有三分之一也仰賴其授粉功能做播種的工作,在美國的養蜂場一年的授粉經濟價值高達150到200億美元,全球的蜜蜂授粉經濟價值更高達新台幣約6兆,其重要性可見一般。近年來,全球各地出現蜂群衰竭失調症候群的現象,使全球各地的野生蜜蜂近乎銷聲匿跡,而養蜂場的蜜蜂也損失慘重,嚴重地影響到農業種植,眾多的研究人員探討其發生原因,但無法有一確切定論,因此研究人員針對其生理習性做深入研究。
傳統的蜜蜂監測均採用人工監測的方式,但人工觀察耗費人力與時間,且其無法將蜜蜂的行為數據化,因此需要開發自動監測系統,增進監測效率,並將監測結果精準數據化,因此本研究開發一套自動化蜜蜂監測系統,可精準監測蜜蜂出入巢行為,並記錄其環境參數,分析蜜蜂出入巢行為與環境變化之關係,並輔助研究益達胺對於蜜蜂生理行為的影響,本系統以開發完成並做實地布建並完成長期測試顯示蜜蜂的生理行為確實受環境變化所影響,並且其對於溫度變化相當敏感。 'Bees' is the most important pollinators in nature, many plants are dependent on pollination function multiply their populations, while one-third of human food crops which also rely on pollination function to do its work of sowing in the United States apiary year economic value of pollination up to 150 to 200 U.S. dollars, the global economic value of pollination by bees as much as NT $ 6 trillion, and its importance seen in general. In recent years, appeared worldwide phenomenon of colony collapse disorder syndrome, so that wild bees around the world almost disappeared, while the apiary bees also suffered heavy losses, seriously affecting farming, many researchers explored reasons for its occurrence, but can not there is a definite conclusion, the researchers for their physical habits do in-depth research. The traditional manual monitoring bees are used to monitor the way but artificial observation manpower and time consuming, and it can not bee behavior data, thus, a need to develop automatic monitoring system, improve the efficiency of monitoring and monitoring results accurate data, thus, the research and development of an automated bee monitoring system can accurately monitor the behavior of the bees out of the nest, and record the environmental parameters, analysis bees nest out of the relationship between behavior and environmental change, and assistant research imidacloprid for bees physiological behavior of the system developed and do field provisioning and complete the long-term tests have shown the physiological behavior of bees indeed influenced by environmental changes, and its very sensitive to temperature changes. |
