Abstract: | 由於電子設計自動化技術的進步,如何提供一個良好的電路設計環境給設計者一直是我們所重視的議題。為了能夠觀察電路內部的各種現象,設計者能夠在實際製作電路之前透過三維電磁結構的模擬軟體來進行模擬。但是儘管模擬技術的不斷的進步,大部分的顯示器始終只能夠顯示二維的影像。因此,我們認為如果能夠提供三維影像的模擬結果供設計者使用,那麼電路設計者可以在後模擬階段對於電路行為有更多的掌握。
在本論文中,我們提出了一種在三維顯示技術下觀察電磁結構特性的方法,並實作在三維電磁結構下觀察電路內部能量流動情形以及功率耗損的程式。 As more functions are integrated into a single system, circuit becomes more complex. How to create a better and productive design environment for circuit designers is always an important issue. In order to observe electromagnetic behavior inside a circuit, three dimensional electromagnetic simulation tools provide suitable environments for designers to observe the behavior of their circuit before tape it out. Unfortunately, most of monitors are using only two dimension display technology today. In our opinion, if we can develop software which can inspect circuit behavior under 3D environment, we can observe phenomena more clearly at post simulation stage. This thesis will illustrate how to observe energy propagating path and substrate power loss under three dimension electromagnetic structure and display it on monitor which provides 3D display capability. It will allow circuit designers to observe their circuit more easily. |
