足球沙漠中的玫瑰－－從汐止俱樂部女足隊的創建與球員生涯規劃看臺灣女足的新出路

Abstract

2007年成立的汐止俱樂部，是臺灣第一個社會人女足隊，球員平日分散於全台各地工作，為了尋求踢球的舞台、證明自己能力，組隊參加女足甲組聯賽，過程中遭遇金錢和內部意見不易整合的問題，但仍能在家庭、工作、求學之餘，設法兼顧球隊。 而多數運動員的生涯規劃多半是老師或教練，汐止俱樂部的球員卻認為不應只有如此，陣中的六、七年級球員，雖然生涯規劃的方向不同，但都建議後進學妹們應及早規劃，跨領域學習，甚至指出應該檢討體育班的制度。 就目前國內女足新出路而言，受訪者認為可從厚植基層「育成年代」選手開始著手，並且應該要加緊腳步，發展五人制女足。

Shi-Chih Soccer Club (SCSC), established in 2007, is the first amateur Women's soccer team. In order to search for stage and to prove their abilities, the members of SCSC working in all parts of Taiwan in weekdays get together in weekends to join the Taiwan Ladies League. In the process of taking part in matches, SCSC used to be deficient in funds and difficult in integrating all the internal views, but the members still do their best to take into account the family, job, and studies. The career planning of most athletics in Taiwan is to become teachers or coaches, but the members of SCSC don't think so. All of them, born in the 1970s and the 1980s, have different career planning and suggest that young women's soccer players in Taiwan should make their career planning early and learn interdisciplinarily. What is more, some consider that the government should review the system of physical education class. As far as the future of Taiwanese women's soccer is concerned, the interviewees in this report consider that it can strengthen the capabilities for the grassroots high school players at the beginning, and it should hurry the development of women's Futsal.
