In recent years, extreme weather events have posed significant challenges to agricultural production, while growing consumer concerns about food safety have accelerated the adoption of environmentally friendly farming practices. This study investigates the impact of different farming methods—particularly eco-friendly practices—on strawberry pricing. Using empirical data from three representative strawberry farms in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, along with producing data. Administration between December 2023 and April 2025, this research employs a multiple linear regression model to analyze the correlation. The results indicate that farms adopting eco-friendly cultivation methods command significantly higher selling prices, reflecting consumers’ willingness to pay for safety and sustainability. The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationship between farming methods and market pricing, offering practical implications for both agricultural policy and farm management decision-making. |
