| Abstract: | 不動產買方顧問服務(以下簡稱“本服務”)為協助購房者的顧問服務。透過完善的不動產盡職調查和議價服務,消弭買賣雙方和仲介之間的資訊不對等,以確保買方能有更加透明和安全的交易體驗。本服務旨在使購房者獲得更多資訊,使其在價格談判中擁有更強的議價能力,本服務的顧問將以論件計酬的方式透過線上平台與購房者媒合,顧問並可依其專業提供額外的服務,如土地登記或不動產估價。 The Housing Investment Consultancy Service for Buyers (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") is a consultancy business designed to support homebuyers throughout the property purchasing process. The Company bridges the information gap between buyers, sellers, and brokers by providing comprehensive property inspections and price negotiation services, ensuring a more transparent and secure transaction experience for buyers. Its mission is to empower buyers with greater knowledge, enhancing their bargaining power during price negotiations. Consultants, working on a piecework basis, will connect with inexperienced buyers through an online platform. They may also offer additional services, such as land registration or property valuation. Consultants can earn up to 50% of the consultancy service fee, with the flexibility to manage their working hours. The Company's marketing strategy includes hosting workshops targeted at inexperienced buyers, where consultants can demonstrate their expertise and build trust. Revenue streams are derived from consulting fees, workshop tuition, and referral fees from external service providers, such as land registration or interior design consultants. The service packages include online consultancy for NTD1,600, basic consultancy for NTD4,900 and the advanced consultancy service for NTD22,000 which includes property inspection, an assessment report, and negotiation services. The Company projects a positive net income by the third year of operation, with estimated revenues of NTD6.89 million and net income of NTD2.63 million by the fifth year. |
