| dc.description.abstract | 環保行業作為國家經濟體系的重要支柱之一,其持續發展對經濟的綠色轉型與公眾生活品質的提升具有不可忽略的價值,同時積極助力國家供給側改革。黨的十八大以來,綠色發展理念深入人心,尤其是“綠水青山就是金山銀山”的宣導,極大激發了環保產業的蓬勃生機。政府密集出臺的環保政策不僅加速了行業增長,也加劇了市場競爭,促使新技術與新模式快速湧現,環保市場整合加速,中小型環保企業面臨嚴峻挑戰,2022年國內環保領域並購案激增至50起便是明證。在此種情況下,中小環保企業的發展更為困難,如果規模和速度適應不了行業的發展,且不能加速其戰略轉型,它們可能將面對被並購或者淘汰的壓力。
本文以BZ環保科技有限公司為研究物件,深入剖析其在當前環保行業劇烈變化的態勢下如何進行戰略轉型,以及戰略轉型的背景、動因、方法和措施等。首先,通過系統梳理環保行業的宏觀背景、重要意義及核心理論框架,為後續分析奠定理論基礎與方法論支撐。隨後,採用PEST分析框架深入剖析企業所處的外部宏觀環境,結合波特五力模型評估行業競爭格局,輔以SWOT分析全面審視BZ環保科技有限公司的內部優勢、劣勢與外部機遇、威脅,為戰略轉型的決策過程提供了多維度、深層次的意見和建議。 在此基礎上,本文詳盡剖析了BZ環保科技有限公司的發展現狀、業務模式、經營績效及戰略執行現狀,精准識別了制約其進一步發展的關鍵問題。針對這些問題及行業發展趨勢,本研究創造性地提出了BZ環保的戰略轉型藍圖,明確了轉型目標、指導原則及具體實施路徑。關於具體的轉型方案,本文建議在業務模式上實現從“傳統環保工程EPC模式”為主向“提供核心工藝包和關鍵技術產品的模式”為主、並以“託管運維模式”和“工程EPC模式”為輔的轉型,以技術創新為驅動,市場深耕為導向,強化資料賦能服務,構建差異化競爭優勢。 為保障轉型戰略的順利推進,本文還設計了涵蓋資金籌措、技術研發、人才梯隊建設、管理能力提升及企業文化重塑在內的綜合保障體系,確保轉型過程中各項資源的有效配置與高效利用。 最後,本本總結提煉了主要結論,並對未來環保行業的發展趨勢及BZ環保的潛在研究方向進行了前瞻性展望,旨在為BZ環保科技有限公司提供一套既具前瞻性又具可操作性的戰略轉型框架與實施方案,助力其在綠色浪潮中乘風破浪,實現企業的長期繁榮與可持續發展。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | As one of the important pillars of the national economic system, the sustainable development of the environmental protection industry has a non-negligible value for the green transformation of the economy and the improvement of the quality of public life, and actively contributes to the national supply-side reform. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the concept of green development has been deeply rooted in people's hearts, especially the advocacy of "clear water and green mountains are gold hills and silver mountains", which has greatly stimulated the vigorous vitality of the environmental protection industry. The intensive environmental protection policies introduced by the government have not only accelerated the growth of the industry, but also intensified market competition, prompted the rapid emergence of new technologies and new models, accelerated the integration of the environmental protection market, and faced severe challenges for small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises, as evidenced by the surge in domestic environmental protection mergers and acquisitions to 50 in 2022. In this case, the development of small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises is more difficult, if the scale and speed can not adapt to the development of the industry, and can not accelerate their strategic transformation, they may face the pressure of mergers and acquisitions or elimination.
This paper takes BZ Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. as the research object, in-depth analysis of its strategic transformation under the current drastic changes in the environmental protection industry, as well as the background, motivation, methods and measures of strategic transformation. First of all, the macro background, significance and core theoretical framework of the environmental protection industry are systematically sorted out to lay a theoretical foundation and methodological support for subsequent analysis. Then, PEST analysis framework is adopted to analyze the external macro environment of the enterprise in depth, Porter's five forces model is combined to evaluate the industry competition pattern, and SWOT analysis is supplemented to comprehensively examine the internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of BZ Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD., providing multi-dimensional and in-depth opinions and suggestions for the decision-making process of strategic transformation. On this basis, this paper analyzes the development status, business model, operating performance and strategy implementation status of BZ Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in detail, and accurately identifies the key issues restricting its further development. In view of these problems and the development trend of the industry, this study creatively put forward the strategic transformation blueprint of BZ environmental protection, and made clear the transformation objectives, guiding principles and specific implementation paths. As for the specific transformation plan, this paper proposes to realize the transformation of the business model from "traditional EPC mode of engineering" to "the mode of providing core process packages and key products", supplemented by "operation and maintenance mode" and "engineering EPC mode". Driven by technological innovation and guided by market in-depth cultivation, data empowerment service is strengthened, to build differentiated competitive advantage. In order to ensure the smooth promotion of the transformation strategy, this paper also designed a comprehensive security system covering fund raising, technology research and development, talent echelon construction, management ability improvement and corporate culture reconstruction, to ensure the effective allocation and efficient use of various resources in the transformation process. Finally, this paper summarizes and refines the main conclusions, and prospects the future development trend of the environmental protection industry and the potential research direction of BZ environmental protection, aiming to provide a forward-looking and operable strategic transformation framework and implementation plan for BZ Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to help it ride the green wave and achieve long-term prosperity and sustainable development of the enterprise. | en |
