摘要: 本研究選擇一家金融業者之綠色金融服務平台為研究主體,以個案研究的方式蒐集資料,進行質化研究,系統化探討該銀行逐步轉型並獲得成功的關鍵要素,並提出未來業務發展以及異業結盟合作方向之建議。本論文的主要發現及結論:T銀行建構之中小企業「綠色金融服務平台」並非只著重單一內部系統的優化:
1.「中小BNT專案」讓名單管理更安全且有效率,精準行銷擴大客戶基盤。
2.「法人金融服務平台」契合後疫情時代數位化趨勢,讓申貸資料上傳、下載變得更直覺而方便。
3.「中小企業融資服務平台」透過單一查詢管道取得多項公部門資料源,提升中小企業財務、營運資訊透明度,有助於貸前預審及貸後風險控管,提高金融機構承貸意願。
4.「iRating Model」信用評分模型,本於數據分析、專家實務經驗判斷為輔,為徵審人員提供准駁有力參考依據。
5.「送保即時通」首開與外部機構合作開發創新金融科技之先河,後續影響及於全體中小企業及其送保金融機構,為數位送保新時代奠定基礎。
「綠色金融服務平台」以數據及經驗為基礎,進行營運流程、IT資訊轉型,一方面運用新金融科技,在巨觀的整體客群經營上兼顧引入新客及留住舊客,一方面也強化客戶關係深化與維持,從微觀的個別客戶關係維護上做到增加往來動機、降低往來難度,從客戶的角度出發,完整檢視端到端流程面臨的各項痛點,並逐段重新設計流程、建置系統,期能加速整段申貸流程、快速回應客戶需求。
This paper examines the innovation of green finance in Taiwan's financial industry, specifically the construction and benefit analysis of SME financing platforms. The study selects the green financial service platform of a financial institution as the main research subject and employs a case study methodology to collect data. Qualitative research is conducted to systematically explore the key elements of Bank T's gradual transformation and success. Finally, suggestions are put forth for future business development and opportunities for cross-sectoral alliances and cooperation. The primary findings and conclusions of this study are as follows: Bank T's construction of a "green financial service platform" for SMEs does not merely focus on the optimization of a single internal platform. Rather, it encompasses key elements:
1. The "SME BNT Project" allows for more secure and efficient client list management, as well as more precised marketing to expand the customer base.
2. The "Corporate Financial Service Platform" aligns with the trend of digitization in the post-epidemic era, facilitating the intuitive and convenient uploading and downloading of loan application data.
3. The "SME Financing Service Platform" provides access to a variety of public sector data sources through a single inquiry channel, enhancing the transparency of SMEs' financial and operational information, facilitating pre-approval of loans and post-loan risk control, and increasing the willingness of financial institutions to underwrite loans.
4. The "iRating Model" credit scoring model, which is based on data analysis supplemented by the judgment of experts' practical experience, provides a quasi-competitive and powerful reference for loan applicants.
5. "Instant Guarantee" is the first of its kind to collaborate with external organizations in the development of innovative solutions. This will have a cascading impact on all SMEs and their guaranteed financial institutions, laying the foundation for a new era of digital guarantee.
The "Green Financial Service Platform" is based on data and experience and is designed to facilitate the transformation of operational processes and IT information. On the one hand, it employs novel financial technology to facilitate the onboarding of new customers and the retention of existing ones in the management of the overall customer base at the macro level. On the other hand, it also fortifies the deepening and maintenance of the platform facilitates the enhancement of customer relationships and the reduction of the difficulty in the maintenance of individual customer relationships at the micro level. This enables a comprehensive examination of the various challenges encountered by customers throughout the end-to-end process. From the customer's perspective, the company conducts a comprehensive examination of the pain points associated with the end-to-end process. Based on this examination, the company then redesigns the process and builds the system in an agile way, with the goal of accelerating the entire loan application process and responding to the customer's needs in a more expedient manner.
