摘要: | 隨著醫療環境的快速變遷,以及財團法人醫院的日益增長,對於規模相對較小的地區醫院而言,多數會面臨不小的衝擊與挑戰。如何優化自身作業管理流程、改善營運績效表現,是地區醫院因應當前衝擊之首要任務。此時,轉型策略即扮演著相當重要的角色。本研究透過商業模式九宮格之循序漸進討論方式,充分瞭解個案醫院轉型為社區醫院過程中,所採取的轉型策略及商業模式,逐漸強化社區醫院永續發展的競爭力,進一步實踐社區醫療服務之社會責任,冀以此作為其他醫療院所未來推動醫療商業模式轉型之參考依據。 With the rapid changes in the medical environment and the increasing number of hospital foundations, most relatively small district hospitals will face considerable shocks and challenges. How to optimize their own operational management processes and improve operational performance is the primary task for district hospitals in response to the current impact. At this time, transformation strategy plays a very important role. Through the step-by-step discussion of the business model canvass, this study aims to fully understand the transformation strategies and business models adopted by the case hospital in the process of transforming into a community hospital, gradually strengthen the competitiveness of the community hospital in sustainable development, and further implement the social role of community medical services. We hope that this will serve as a reference for other medical institutions to promote the transformation of medical business models in the future. |
