Abstract: 本研究探討智慧製造框架在車用厚膜晶片電阻的印刷製程中的實踐應用。隨著全球製造業趨向高度自動化和透過資料驅動分析製程問題,將智慧製造整合入車用電子元件的生產已成為提高生產效率和品質的關鍵。本論文透過個案研究,分析智慧製造的概念如何整合至傳統印刷製程中,以減少人力需求,並透過產線上即時的資料最佳化生產流程與產品品質。研究發現,智慧製造技術能顯著提升產品一致性與製程可靠性,同時降低生產成本。此外,本研究還探討了遵守VDA 6.3品質管理標準在實施智慧製造時的影響,確保製程符合汽車行業的高標準要求。案例分析結果顯示,個案公司導入智慧製造技術,使其車用厚膜晶片電阻的印刷製程自動化和IT化後,除了生產效率和品質同步提升外,生產成本也顯著下降,使製程能夠持續進行最佳化,更符合VDA 6.3過程稽核目標。
This study explores the practical application of an intelligent manufacturing framework in the printing processes of automotive thick film chip resistors. As the global manufacturing sector moves towards higher levels of automation and leverages data-driven analysis to address process issues, integrating intelligent manufacturing into the production of automotive electronic components has become key to enhancing productivity and quality. Through a real case study, this thesis analyzes how the concepts of intelligent manufacturing can be incorporated into traditional printing processes to reduce labor requirements and optimize production flows and product quality with real-time data on the production line. The research findings indicate that intelligent manufacturing technologies significantly enhance product consistency and process reliability while reducing production costs. Additionally, the study examines the impact of adhering to the VDA 6.3 quality management standards in the implementation of intelligent manufacturing, ensuring that the processes meet the stringent standards required in the automotive industry. The case study results show that after the integration of intelligent manufacturing technologies, the case company not only improved production efficiency and quality in the printing processes of automotive thick film chip resistors but also significantly enhanced cost-effectiveness, while optimizing process control for VDA 6.3 audits.
