| 摘要: | 近年來,隨著CPU、GPU等各式晶片效能大幅提升,耗能越強伴隨而來發熱的問題日益顯著,也突顯散熱方案在各市場產品中的重要性。隨著科技發展持續進步,也使許多散熱科技製造業者面臨產品升級與企業轉型的挑戰。本研究以散熱模組代表廠商N公司為研究個案,採用波特五力、競爭者標示地圖、AMC、SWOT、CSOP變革轉型架構、企業變革八步驟模型等分析工具,探討該公司當前轉型的挑戰及解決的方向,並於文末整合分析結果,提供其他散熱科技製造業者轉型變革之策略建議。 The enhanced performance of CPU and GPU chips has led to various heating issues, highlighting the importance of thermal solutions across products. As technology advances, many manufacturers of thermal technology further face the challenges of continuous product upgrade and corporate transformation. This study uses the case study methodology to explore a typical thermal module manufacturer, Nidec Chaun-Choung Technology Corporation, as a case. Analytical tools such as Porter's Five Forces, Competitor Mapping, AMC, SWOT, CSOP Transformation Framework, and Kotter's Eight Steps Change Model were used to explore the company's challenges in transformation and directions for solutions. Implications for thermal manufacturers are then discussed. |
