Abstract: 在數位時代中,網路平台已成為我們生活不可或缺的一部分,扮演著重要的角色。近年來,隨著運動意識的提升,臺灣的運動服務業及相關消費比例持續增加。運動平台的出現提供運動愛好者提供了交流和學習的重要空間,同時對相關產業創造巨大商業價值。然而,本土研究對於運動平台的討論相對缺乏。本研究以「運動筆記」平台為個案,其為現今臺灣流量第一的運動平台,旗下經營籃球、健行等運動社群,專門媒合跑者與賽事兩方,提供跑者賽事資訊及互相交流之空間。本研究以此為個案,探討運動平台在運動領域的應用與發展,分析其個人化服務策略如何影響用戶黏著意圖,以補足文獻之缺口,並作出對產業建議。
本研究目的為: 一、了解運動筆記推行個人化服務,對用戶黏著意圖的影響。二、了解運動筆記原網站服務,對用戶黏著意圖的影響。三、瞭解承諾-信任的調節效果,在運動筆記推行個人化服務對用戶黏著意圖之影響程度是否具有顯著性。本研究採用量化研究方式,結合「雙核心理論」、「承諾-信任模型」,探討運動平台個人化服務對平台用戶黏著度影響。
本研究發現如下: 一、個人化服務對黏著意圖具備正向的影響力(β = .583, p < .001);二、原網站服務對黏著意圖具備正向的影響力(β = .566, p < .001);三、信任對承諾有顯著正向影響,但承諾作為調節變數的效果不顯著,表明其調節作用有限,然在進一步控制變數之情況下,本研究發現在原網站服務中,承諾作為調節變數具備顯著調節效果,且用戶年收入與使用運動筆記網站之年資是發展用戶黏著意圖相關策略之重要變項。本研究期望能為臺灣乃至全球的運動平台提供有價值的見解策略建議,從而推動運動產業的市場發展。
In the digital age, platforms are crucial, especially with the rising fitness awareness and increasing sports-related consumption in Taiwan. Sports platforms offer important spaces for interaction and learning for enthusiasts, creating significant commercial value. However, local research on sports platforms is limited. This study examines the "Sports Note" platform, Taiwan's leading sports platform, focusing on its personalized service strategies and their impact on user stickiness intention, filling a gap in the literature and providing industry recommendations.
The objectives are: (1) to understand the impact of personalized services on user stickiness intention; (2) to analyze if the Sports Note should implement personalized services through online experiments; (3) to understand the moderating effect of commitment-trust. Using quantitative research, combining "Dual-Core Theory" and the "Commitment-Trust Model," this study explores the impact of personalized services on user stickiness.
This study reveals that personalized services have a significant positive impact on user retention intentions (β= .583, p < .001), and original website services also positively influence retention (β = .566, p < .001). While trust positively affects commitment, commitment's role as a moderating variable is limited. However, when controlling for additional variables, commitment shows a significant moderating effect in the context of original website services. Moreover, users' annual income and experience using sports note websites are crucial variables for developing user retention strategies.
