(Food Life And Culture,FC)的知識有顯著的增加。 This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Food-Agricultural Education (FAE) on the recognition of tea culture. In recent years, tea culture has gradually emerged in Taiwan, and people have paid more and more attention to healthy diet. At the same time, attention to agriculture has gradually increased, and the tea industry plays a very important role in Taiwan's agriculture; however, because the caffeine contained in tea may cause harm to children, it is rarely included in school. Based on the FAE Law announced in 2002, this study designs a set of tea-related courses so that 10-years-old children can learn from the history and culture, planting environment, processing, production and application of tea through the courses. Yilan County students was taken as a sample, and the same questionnaire was used to administer a pre-test before the course and a post-test after the course. A paired sample T test was used to analyze the differences before and after the course. The research results show that after the course, students’ knowledge of tea’s Agricultural Production And Environment (AE), Diet Health And Consumption (DC), and dietary life and Knowledge of Food Life And Culture (FC) has increased significantly. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tea culture and food and agriculture education courses among elementary school children is quite effective. It is of great significance for promoting Taiwanese tea through the courses. This study will provide guidance for future schools to promote FAE and promote tea culture. Cognition and status have important reference value. |
