Abstract: 本論文探討了醫學美容產業的歷史發展及其與預防醫學的關聯,並研究如何通過多角化策略及商業九宮格分析,促進醫美診所向預防醫學領域轉型。隨著市場競爭加劇,醫美產業需要新的發展方向,預防醫學成為一個潛在的藍海市場。
本文藉由個案研究的探討與分析,再通過整理現有理論和相關文獻,探討醫美產業如何有效轉型至預防醫學領域,並通過問卷調查、專家訪談和個案研究,分析選擇意願和影響因素,最後藉由商業九宮格模式提出具體的策略建議。研究結果顯示,預防醫學領域與醫美產業的結合,不僅可以提高醫美診所的競爭力,還能為顧客提供全方位的健康服務。希望本研究能為醫美診所的轉型策略提供參考,並促進台灣醫美產業的可持續發展。
This paper explores the historical development of the aesthetic medicine industry and its connection with preventive healthcare, and studies how to promote the transformation of aesthetic medicine clinics into the field of preventive healthcare through diversification strategies and business model canvas analysis. As market competition intensifies, the aesthetic medicine industry needs new development directions, and preventive healthcare has become a potential blue ocean market.
This article aims to explore how the aesthetic medicine industry can effectively transform into the field of preventive healthcare through the discussion and analysis of case studies, and then by sorting out existing theories and related literature. It also analyzes customer choice intentions and influences through questionnaire surveys, expert interviews and case studies, factors, and finally put forward specific strategic suggestions through the business model canvas model.
Research results show that the combination of preventive healthcare and the aesthetic medicine industry can not only improve the competitiveness of aesthetic medicine clinics, but also provide customers with a full range of health services. It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for the transformation strategy of aesthetic medicine clinics and promote the sustainable development of Taiwan's aesthetic medicine industry.
