| Abstract: | 為達成良善治理的民主理念,掌握民意的需求與趨勢,本研究以新北市政府100年至107年透過電話(1999市政專線)與網路(市長信箱、市政APP等)管道受理的陳情案件與市府自辦施政滿意度調查結果,進行統計分析,藉此瞭解新北市升格後八年的民意需求及地方政府的施政表現,探討市民關注議題,作為政府機關執政的重要反饋與參考意見。 To achieve the democratic ideal of good governance and accurately grasp public needs and trends, this study performs a statistical analysis of complaints received via telephone (1999 Citizen Hotline) and online platforms (Mayor's Mailbox, City Governance App, etc.) by the New Taipei City Government from 2011 to 2018, alongside the results of government-conducted satisfaction surveys. This analysis aims to comprehend the public demands and the governmental performance in New Taipei City over the eight years since its elevation to a municipality. By investigating the issues of concern to citizens, the study provides significant feedback and reference points for governmental bodies in their administration. |
