With the rapid development of digital technology, various digital platforms have become increasingly prevalent in contemporary society, covering areas such as professional networking, learning management, and medical data management. However, these platforms consistently face significant deficiencies in trust and authenticity, which have become focal points of concern for both users and platform operators. Traditional digital platforms like LinkedIn primarily rely on user self-reporting and endorsements to verify information, making them susceptible to abuse and the spread of false information. Even blockchain-based platforms cannot fully resolve these issues.
This study addresses these problems by proposing the innovative concept of ”Trust NFT.” Utilizing blockchain and NFT technology, we developed a framework to enhance the reliability and verifiability of user-generated content. We conducted interviews to gather feedback on users’ understanding, application, and acceptance of NFTs, and proposed two application scenarios to demonstrate the practical operation of the ”Trust NFT” mechanism and its effectiveness in enhancing trust and authenticity across different fields. This research aims to provide new perspectives and methods for the application of NFTs, promoting higher standards of trust and authenticity in the digital age, contributing to the future development of digital platforms, and creating a safer and more reliable digital environment.
