Title: 大專院校系隊隊長領導行為、球員滿意球隊程度、團隊凝聚力、團隊成功之研究-以臺灣大學系隊為例

Abstract: 排球作為臺灣學生喜愛的球類運動項目之一,在各大專院校系所皆有「系隊」的組成。系隊的運作模式不同於校隊,且系隊隊長對於球隊具有一定的影響力。過去研究指出隊長領導行為、球員滿意球隊程度與團隊凝聚力能顯著預測團隊成功,近年也較少系隊經營與隊長遴選相關研究,因此本研究旨在探討系隊隊長之隊長領導行為、一球隊之球員滿意球隊程度與團隊凝聚力是否能顯著預測團隊成功,藉此了解系隊管理與隊長篩選等等重要因素,並提出各系隊之改進建議。
本研究針對國立臺灣大學參與過112學年度台大盃男子排球賽之在學男學生進行問卷調查,根據分析結果發現:(一)隊長領導行為正向預測球員滿意球隊程度(二)隊長領導行為正向預測團隊凝聚力(三)隊長領導行為無法預測團隊成功(四)球員滿意球隊程度無法預測團隊成功(五)團隊凝聚力無法預測團隊成功(六)球員滿意球隊程度正向預測團隊凝聚力(七)團隊凝聚力正向預測球員滿意球隊程度(八)參賽層級與隊長領導行為無顯著差異。建議隊長可以通過任務式領導帶領球隊、日常關懷球員等方式增加球員滿意球隊程度與團隊凝聚力,球隊亦可以挑選具有較好運動能力或心理素質的隊長以增加團隊成功。期研究成果可以作為各系隊進行隊長篩選以及球隊管理的參考依據,幫助各系隊提升整體運動表現。
Volleyball is one of the favorite sports among Taiwanese students, and many university departments have their own teams, known as "department teams." Unlike varsity, department teams are influenced significantly by their captains. Previous studies have shown that captain's leadership behaviors, athlete satisfaction with the team, and team cohesion can significantly predict team success. However, research on department team management and captain selection has been limited. This study aims to explore whether a captain's leadership behaviors, athlete satisfaction, and team cohesion can predict the success of department teams, providing insights into team management and captain selection, along with improvement suggestions for various teams.
This study conducted a survey among male students at National Taiwan University who participated in the 112th NTU Cup men's volleyball competition. The analysis revealed the following findings: (1) Captain's leadership behaviors positively predict athlete satisfaction, (2) Captain's leadership behaviors positively predict team cohesion, (3) Captain's leadership behaviors do not predict team success, (4) Athlete satisfaction does not predict team success, (5) Team cohesion does not predict team success, (6) Athlete satisfaction positively predicts team cohesion, (7) Team cohesion positively predicts athlete satisfaction, and (8) There is no significant difference in captain's leadership behaviors based on the competition level.
It is recommended that captains increase athlete satisfaction and team cohesion through task-oriented leadership and regular care for players. Teams should also select captains with better athletic ability or psychological qualities to enhance team success. These findings can serve as a reference for department teams in captain selection and team management, helping improve overall athletic performance.
