Abstract: 本研究旨在探討個案公司在數位轉型過程中如何成功地克服產業困境和實施運作轉型策略。研究採用C-SOP(文化形塑、策略布局、組織結構、興業領導)理論模型作為分析架構。

研究發現,個案公司成功地將其深厚的企業文化"心靈契約",與領導層的全面支持相結合,形成了一個強大的推動力。在策略布局方面,公司建立了產、銷、研一體化的願景,並通過多元化的開發策略來實現這一目標。在組織結構上,公司建立了專門的數位轉型單位,以促進信息流通和協調。最終,這些努力不僅提高了業務效率,也成功地實現了數位轉型。

本研究還提出了幾點建議,以幫助個案公司在未來更加穩健和高效地進行數位轉型。這些建議包括持續文化優化、建立石英產業數位生態系、加強員工培訓和發展,以及領導層的持續參與。
This study aims to explore how the case company successfully overcomes industry challenges and implements operational transformation strategies during its digital transformation journey. The research employs the C-SOP (Culture, Strategy, Organizational, People) theoretical model as its analytical framework.

The study finds that the case company has successfully combined its deeply ingrained corporate culture "Inner Soul Contract," with full support from the leadership, forming a strong driving force for change. In terms of strategy layout, the company has established a vision of integrating production, marketing, and research, and realizes this vision through diversified development strategies. Organizationally, the company has set up specialized units for digital transformation to facilitate information flow and coordination. Ultimately, these efforts have not only improved operational efficiency but also successfully achieved digital transformation.

The study also offers several recommendations to help the case company continue its digital transformation journey more robustly and efficiently in the future. These recommendations include continuous culture optimization, establishing a digital ecosystem in the quartz industry, enhancing employee training and development, and ongoing participation from the leadership.
