新聞戰國時代如何養兵？台灣新聞教育發展現況探究

Abstract

本篇報導希望以新聞人才培育方向的角度出發，採訪國內的新聞科系、新聞媒體主管以及新聞傳播科系學生，瞭解新聞科系近年與新聞產業之間的關係，以及系所如何調整課程設計與發展目標來因應當前新聞產業的變化，並思考學生未來的出路。期待藉由此篇報導，能對國內新聞教育的發展現況與未來趨勢有更進一步的瞭解。報導發現，隨著新傳播科技的進展對整個傳統媒體產業造成巨大衝擊，新聞教育的想像似乎也有了更豐富的面貌。在實務能力的訓練上，一些學校改變實習媒體的方式，有些教師也在課程上增加許多新的內容，此外，新聞教育的「學習範例」也有了轉變，不再以新聞業界的新聞形式作為唯一典範。

Based on my interviews with journalists, news media professionals, and journalism majors, the purpose of this thesis is to discuss the current relationship of journalism education and news media industry to figure out the possible solution and career goals for the future journalism major graduates. We discover that the "new media" has brought a significant impact for the traditional news industry as well as the way public views journalism education. As for practical training, some schools start to change the student media style, some professors also add more new content to create examples for new study style instead of following the old fashion methods.
