Abstract: 本論文主要講述利用玻璃基板被動電路製程所設計的太赫茲頻段天線,其工作頻段為220-330GHz。考慮到這種高頻段的電磁波傳播時的高損耗,將天線設計在封裝電路製程,也就是天線封裝(antenna-in-package)的課題開始受到重視。而為此,本論文提出幾種利用玻璃基板被動電路製程所設計的太赫茲頻段天線,包含貼片天線、貼片天線陣列、Fabry-Perot cavity 天線以及對數週期天線等等。
第二部分講述太赫茲頻段天線場型量測系統的設計以及架構,包含直接遠場的天線量測軌道系統以及縮距場天線量測系統,其中縮距場量測系統分為利用超穎表面的設計以及拋物面鏡的架構設計。文中會針對超穎表面設計以及拋物面鏡的邊界處理做詳細的解釋,並對其中的原理以及結果做說明以及解釋。最後會使用直接遠場以及拋物面鏡式縮距場量測系統量測操作在此頻段的天線,透過量測分析個系統的優缺點、校正方法以及一些量測上的誤差。
目前在太赫茲頻段中,利用玻璃基板被動電路製程設計的天線較為少見,本文之研究可以給此頻段異質整合、天線封裝等研究提供一些參考;而如今在本國此頻段的天線量測系統,就本人所知本國很少有相關的研究或是商品提出;因此本文所提出之太赫茲天線量測系統對於未來太赫茲天線設計的研究會是非常重要的環節。
In this thesis, we proposed several THz-band antenna designs in Glass integrated passive process. Given the fact that signal in THz band suffers high insertion loss in printed circuit board, antenna in package, or AIP in short, draws attention to THz .community. Several type of antenna, including patch antenna and array, Fabry-Perot cavity antenna and log-periodic antenna are designed in Glass integrated passive substrate in this thesis.
The second part of this article illustrates the design and system setup of THz antenna measurement system, including far-field measurement system and compact antenna test range measurement system. Compact test range measurement system can be designed by metasurface or parabolic mirror. Theory and design step of metasurface and parabolic mirror would be explained in detail. Finally, antenna radiation pattern would be measured using the proposed far-field measurement system and compact antenna test range system with parabolic mirror design. Data analysis and comparison of system performance would be provided in the end of the thesis.
