摘要: | 這份論文主要探討中大型企業如何在外部環境的挑戰下,透過企業文化的貫徹、體制內的變革,凝聚數位轉型共識,進而形成數位轉型策略與實施作為。
本論文提出了以下幾點建議:首先,企業需要持續關注外部環境,了解市場趨勢和未來發展方向,以制定更加符合市場需求的數位轉型策略。其次,企業需要建立完整的數位化基礎建設,包括數據收集、處理、分析和存儲等方面,並打造適合自己的數據技術和平台,以支持數位轉型計劃的實施。此外,企業還需要培養全面數位化人才,推動組織文化變革,以適應數位轉型的需求。最後,企業需要靈活佈局非擅場域應用、技術、通路,在架構生態系應用中,其他非集團核心競爭力的數位技術或通路服務應用。這些建議可以幫助企業更好地進行數位轉型,提高市場競爭力。 本論文並以指標企業裕融企業為例,以說明中大型企業在面臨集團涵蓋多種類型的事業體(如金融融資、電能、汽車長短租賃、保險雨後服務)下所面對到數位轉型困難、挑戰及可行的數位化策略與作法。在案例中,裕融企業成功的透過目標願景重設、事業體組織調整、內外投資策略佈局、目標績效設定等具體作法,將數位轉型的DNA植入企業文化並具體落實到組織行為的本身,進而帶動整體數位轉型計劃的有效實施。總體而言,這份論文提供了有價值的建議,可以幫助中大型企業體更好地應對數位化時代的挑戰,特別是在關鍵的數位基礎上,進行精準、有效的決策並具備動態提出新服務、新產品的關鍵競爭能力。 This paper primarily explores how medium and large-sized enterprises can formulate and implement digital transformation strategies in the face of external environmental challenges through the integration of corporate culture, internal reforms, and the fostering of consensus on digital transformation. The following recommendations are proposed in this paper: Firstly, enterprises need to continuously monitor the external environment to understand market trends and future directions, in order to formulate digital transformation strategies that align with market demands. Secondly, enterprises need to establish comprehensive digital infrastructure, including aspects such as data collection, processing, analysis, and storage, while creating suitable data technologies and platforms to support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, enterprises need to cultivate a digitally adept workforce and drive cultural change within the organization to adapt to the requirements of digital transformation. Lastly, enterprises need to flexibly deploy non-core digital technologies or channel services in their ecosystem application, especially in areas where they may lack expertise, in order to optimize the digital landscape. These recommendations can assist enterprises in enhancing their digital transformation efforts and improving their market competitiveness. The paper utilizes Yu Rong Corporation, an exemplary benchmark enterprise, to illustrate the challenges and feasible digital strategies faced by medium and large-sized enterprises encompassing various types of businesses (such as financial financing, electric power, car leasing, and post-insurance services) within a conglomerate. In the case study, Youlon Finance Corporation successfully integrated the DNA of digital transformation into its corporate culture and effectively implemented the overall digital transformation plan through specific measures, including resetting target visions, adjusting organizational structures, strategic investment layouts, and target performance setting. Overall, this paper provides valuable insights and recommendations to help medium and large-sized enterprises better address the challenges of the digital era, particularly in making precise and effective decisions based on crucial digital foundations and possessing the key competitive capability of dynamically introducing new services and products. |
