| 摘要: | 我國高等教育人才面臨之困境,包括大學教師年齡結構老化、人才外流及教師薪資相對較低等;本研究先蒐集相關資料,進行背景說明,並分析國內外影響國際人才延攬之因素,及我國整體人才延攬政策等。後將研究問題聚焦於我國為協助大學延攬國際頂尖人才,所推動之玉山學者計畫,其以高額薪資及相關配套補助所延攬來臺之學者,其學術表現是否優於國內一般新聘編制內專任教師;並蒐集學者學術表現相關數據,分析比較並提出結論與建議。 The difficulties of higher education in Taiwan include the aging structure of university teachers, brain drain and relatively low salaries. The researcher first analyzes the factors affecting the recruitment of international talents and the overall talent recruitment policy in Taiwan by collecting relevant information. In order to help universities attract international top talents, the government promotes Yushan Fellow Program to provide them with additional high salaries and administrative support. Thus the research will focus on whether the academic performance of Yushan fellow is better than that of the domestic newly recruited university teachers. After gathering data related to the academic performance of scholars, the researcher will analyze, compare and put forward conclusions and suggestions. |
