dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的在瞭解七年級學生因升學轉換學校;其自殺意念問題的現況與其影響因素,並進一步分析自殺意念中不同類型的相關因素。利用自兒童與青少年行為之長期發展研究(Child and Adolescent Behaviors in Long-term Evolution),簡稱CABLE計畫,進行次級資料分析。該計畫於2006∼2007年未漏答自殺意念題目之學生為本研究樣本,共2087人。納入分析之變項有兩年間之憂鬱情緒分數組合類型、學校認同變化程度;性別、居住地及學生單年度之自覺學業表現(六年級)、攻擊性及情感變異性人格、父母親教育程度、婚姻狀況、家庭支持、家庭經濟狀況、被同儕打及同儕支持程度等,採雙變項分析後之顯著變項,納入多項邏輯迴歸模型,驗證本研究提出之假設。結果顯示:研究樣本2006∼2007年學生自殺意念之比率為22.04%∼24.01%;新增比率為14.01%。兩年間自殺意念變化的類型有「兩年皆無」自殺意念者(67.03%);「從有到無」自殺意念者(8.96%);「兩年皆有」自殺意念者(13.08%);「從無到有」自殺意念者(10.92%)。以「兩年皆無」自殺意念者為參考組;發現六、七年級兩年間之憂鬱情緒分數均高;具有情感變異性人格的女學生;有被同儕打的經驗,成為「兩年皆有」自殺意念類型的機率高。兩年間之憂鬱情緒變化由低轉高者;且具有情感變異性人格的女學生:有被同儕打的經驗,成為「從無到有」自殺意念類型的可能性愈大。居住台北市自覺學業表現普通以上;兩年間之憂鬱情緒變化趨緩者,成為「從有到無」自殺意念類型的可能性較大。根據本研究結果,茲建議如下:1. 提前於國小階段推動心理衛生教育計畫;各校成立「心理健康促進委員會」探討自殺相關環境之保護因子;2.以學校為主體,透過中小學合作之各種創意活動或書面訊息;落實七年級新生高關懷輔導網絡;3.教導學生學習憂鬱情緒的控制及提升內控的自我價值。 | zh_TW |
