| dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的在瞭解七年級學生因升學轉換學校；其自殺意念問題的現況與其影響因素，並進一步分析自殺意念中不同類型的相關因素。利用自兒童與青少年行為之長期發展研究（Child and Adolescent Behaviors in Long-term Evolution），簡稱CABLE計畫，進行次級資料分析。該計畫於2006∼2007年未漏答自殺意念題目之學生為本研究樣本，共2087人。納入分析之變項有兩年間之憂鬱情緒分數組合類型、學校認同變化程度；性別、居住地及學生單年度之自覺學業表現（六年級）、攻擊性及情感變異性人格、父母親教育程度、婚姻狀況、家庭支持、家庭經濟狀況、被同儕打及同儕支持程度等，採雙變項分析後之顯著變項，納入多項邏輯迴歸模型，驗證本研究提出之假設。結果顯示：研究樣本2006∼2007年學生自殺意念之比率為22.04%∼24.01%；新增比率為14.01%。兩年間自殺意念變化的類型有「兩年皆無」自殺意念者（67.03％）；「從有到無」自殺意念者（8.96％）；「兩年皆有」自殺意念者（13.08％）；「從無到有」自殺意念者（10.92％）。以「兩年皆無」自殺意念者為參考組；發現六、七年級兩年間之憂鬱情緒分數均高；具有情感變異性人格的女學生；有被同儕打的經驗，成為「兩年皆有」自殺意念類型的機率高。兩年間之憂鬱情緒變化由低轉高者；且具有情感變異性人格的女學生：有被同儕打的經驗，成為「從無到有」自殺意念類型的可能性愈大。居住台北市自覺學業表現普通以上；兩年間之憂鬱情緒變化趨緩者，成為「從有到無」自殺意念類型的可能性較大。根據本研究結果，茲建議如下：1. 提前於國小階段推動心理衛生教育計畫；各校成立「心理健康促進委員會」探討自殺相關環境之保護因子；2.以學校為主體，透過中小學合作之各種創意活動或書面訊息；落實七年級新生高關懷輔導網絡；3.教導學生學習憂鬱情緒的控制及提升內控的自我價值。 | zh_TW |
