dc.description.abstractThis business plan aims to create a platform in Taiwan that caters to the needs of the increasing number of foreigners in the country. This platform will offer accurate information, personalized services, and a forum for foreigners to connect and share information. Over the past decade, the number of foreigners in Taiwan has risen by 55%, accounting for almost 3% of the population. Many of these foreigners struggle to access information and integrate into the local culture if they do not speak Mandarin. Market research shows that foreigners would be very interested in a website or platform that provides information in English. They believe that this would improve their living standards in Taiwan. Moreover, customers are willing to pay for personalized services such as investment advice, visa applications, and translation services. The business plan presents a detailed strategy to launch this platform in a low-risk, low-cost manner to ensure its long-term sustainability.en
