力鼎環保農村污水處理家電化商業模式創新研究

Abstract

隨著國家對於環境保護力度的不斷加大和鄉村振興戰略的持續推進，農村生活污水處理需求持續提升。傳統的農村生活污水處理方式是以區縣為基本行政單元，進行污水管網建設和小型集中化處理，存在戶均投資建設成本和中長期運營成本過高、對地方政府配套資金要求較高等諸多問題，造成大量專案難以保質保量和高效運營。如何進行商業模式探索和創新，確保企業整體競爭力和盈利能力持續提升，是農村污水處理企業亟待解決的重要課題。 本論文借助於商業模式畫布理論，基於商業模式畫布分析的九個要素，就江蘇力鼎環保裝備有限公司目前經營情況以及商業模式進行全面分析。在分析了江蘇力鼎環保裝備有限公司目前商業模式各個要素後，就其中存在的相關問題，結合相關理論和作者實踐經驗，提出了進一步優化江蘇力鼎環保裝備有限公司商業模式的具體策略：通過研究開發和推廣應使用者用機清道夫產品，實現農村生活污水處理革命性降本，從傳統的政府採購兜底制向家電零售補貼制進行轉型探索，從而確保公司在環保產業細分領域實現商業模式的核心差異化競爭優勢，提升公司整體競爭力以及盈利能力。 本論文研究主要目標是希望能夠借助於對江蘇力鼎環保裝備有限公司農村污水處理家電化商業模式的創新研究，不僅為江蘇力鼎環保裝備有限公司競爭實力和盈利能力提升提供建議，同時也能夠給農村污水處理行業之中同類企業商業模式優化提供參考和借鑒。

With the help of the business model canvas theory and based on the nine elements of the business model canvas analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current business situation and business model of Jiangsu Liding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. After analyzing the various elements of the current business model of Jiangsu Liding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., and on the basis of relevant theories and the author's practical experience, this paper puts forward specific strategies for further optimizing the business model of Jiangsu Liding Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.: through the research, development, promotion and application of household sewage treatment equipment, achieve revolutionary cost reduction of rural domestic sewage treatment;We will explore the transformation from the traditional government procurement system to the household appliance retail subsidy system, so as to ensure that the company can achieve the core differentiated competitive advantage of its business model in the environmental protection industry segment, and improve the company's overall competitiveness and profitability.
