智慧財產權服務業競爭策略之研究 -以T事務所為例

Abstract

智慧財產權對當今社會、國家的重要性越來越重，擁有越多品牌企業的國家，在國際中的影響力越大，也越強盛。這意味著，當國家中的企業掌握著產業的重要技術專利，對整體產業的影響力便越大，也因此，智慧財產權服務業在當今社會中扮演著極為重要的角色。然而，隨著科技進步的影響，也不免對智慧財產權服務業帶來衝擊。因此在科技進步的潮流中，傳統的智慧財產服務業不僅要解決自身自開業以來所累積的經營問題，更必須跟上科技變遷，才能與其他業者競爭，並於市場中生存。 本文將採用個案分析法，針對個案事務所進行深入研究。研究其如何訂定出經營策略，以因應目前所面臨的智慧財產權服務業的新型態服務，以及解決其自身經營上所遇到的困境。除了找出因應的經營方式，本研究也將透過更為宏觀的角度，對個案事務所的發展提出進一步的建議，以提升其長期發展的競爭優勢。

Intellectual property rights are becoming increasingly important in today's society. Countries with more corporations with brands have greater influence and strength internationally. This means when companies in a country hold important technical patents in a given industry, their overall impact in such industry is greater. Therefore, the intellectual property rights service industry plays an extremely important role in today's society. However, given the impact of technological progresses, the traditional intellectual property rights service industry is also facing challenges. Therefore, to react to the trend of technological progress, traditional intellectual property rights service industry must not only solve the business problem that arises since their establishment, but also keep up with technological changes in order to compete with other industries and survive in the market.This article will use a case study method to conduct in-depth research on a specific law firm, studying how the firm formulates business strategies to respond to the new type of services in the intellectual property rights service industry and solve its own business challenges. In addition to identifying strategies, this research will also provide further recommendations for the long-term development of the law firm from a macro perspective to enhance its competitive advantage.
