Abstract: 本研究主要探討記憶體代理商(共4間)各項經營策略指標,包括SWOT分析與Michael Porter理論,條列出各記憶體代理商優勢及劣勢和外部機會與威脅進行動態的策略分析,做出符合個案公司的最佳策略,進一部擴大市佔率與營收。
記憶體(Memory)已成為全球化產品,深入每個人的生活當中,代理商已往大者恆大的方向發展,但如何有效掌握及運用競爭策略來做佈局,是代理商需要不段鑽研的課題,面對萬物聯網、AI時代來臨,整體產業結構的改變,需求已超越過去的以NB、PC為主,而是來自各領域,包括手機、汽車、物聯網等造成整體的需求增加。
本研究由記憶體上游→產品線下游→最後到代理商中遊開始推導,引入Michael Porter競爭策略理論探討代理商策略佈局及規劃,創造上/中/下游三贏局面。
The purpose of this thesis is to discusses business strategy indicators of memory agents (4 companies in total), including SWOT analysis and Michael Porter theory, listing the advantages and disadvantages of each memory agent, and conducts dynamic strategic analysis of external opportunities and threats, find out the best strategy , move forward to expand market share and revenue.
Memory became a global product and penetrated into everyone's life. However, how to effectively master and use competitive strategies to make layouts is a topic that agents need to study . Face to the advent of the Internet of Things and AI era, the overall industrial structure has changed , the demand has surpassed the NB and PC in the past, Including mobile phones, automobiles, Internet of Things, etc., resulting in an increase in overall demand.
This research starts from the upstream of the memory → the downstream of the product line → middle of the agent and introduces Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory to discuss the strategic layout and planning of the agent, creating a win-win situation of upstream/midstream/downstream.
