摘要: | 腿部骨折為常見傷害之一,其容易導致水腫,而嚴重的水腫需要進行手術治療,故進行腿部手術的時間點十分重要,良好的時間點會使患者更好的康復,但由於現行判斷方式多由主治醫師自身經驗進行判斷。此外有使用超音波等方式進行判斷,但方法產生的結果在判讀上較為複雜,故本論文期許能夠使用生物電阻抗分析法,對腿部進行阻抗量測,當腿部阻抗上升時便能判斷腿部水腫逐漸消退,腿部阻抗值恢復到一定程度時可以搭配臨床經驗進行判讀,來決定進行手術的時間點,以此來盡量減少嚴重腿部水腫患者在手術後所產生對健康的不良影響。
由於現行用量測腿部阻抗的儀器大多較為昂貴,故本實驗嘗試透過三種不同量測方式的比較,找出一個符合性價比且具有一定正確性與參考性的量測方式,並希望能夠具有簡易操作性,能夠自動化輸出量測結果,並且體積相對較小便於攜帶且能省電操作,而本實驗認為使用AD5933開發版來進行開發的可行性最大,依照這種量測模式所開發的儀器能夠準確的評估受測者的腿部情形,未來搭配其他模組使量測更為輕鬆極簡便,使醫師能夠更多的採用此種方式進行量測,也能減少人力的消耗,達到幫助腿部骨折患者的目標。 Leg fractures are one of the common injuries, and that can easily cause edema. Severe edema requires surgical treatment, and the surgical time point can affect the patient condition. Good time point of surgery will lead to a better recovery. The surgical time point for closed injury surgery is usually determined by the surgeon. One method is to use ultrasound to determine the degree of edema. However, the interpretation of ultrasound is more complex. Therefore, in this thesis bio-impedance analysis was used to measure the impedance of the leg. When the impedance of the leg rises, the edema in the leg is gradually subsiding. When the impedance value of the leg is restored to a certain level, the surgical time point can be determined, and then, minimize the adverse effects on the patient's health after surgery. As most instruments for measuring leg impedance are relatively expensive, we attempt to compare three different methods of measurement, to find a low-cost measurement method with accuracy and reliability. It should be simple and user friendly. The measurement results can be automatically output, the size is relatively small, easy to carry and low power. The result suggested that it is most feasible to use the EVAL-AD5933 for this purpose. In the future, it could be combined with other modules to make measurements easier and more convenient, so that doctors can save time and reduce labor costs. |
