瑞典之歐洲化研究：以就業與外交政策為例

Abstract

本文整理並介紹歐洲化研究(Europeanization Study)近年來的理論發展方向，歸納出整體的理論分析架構；接著就個案研究之對象即瑞典，針對瑞典的外交政策方針與福利政策變遷爲對象，做廣泛而清楚之分析與研究。希望藉著研究瑞典政策與歐盟政策發展的互動過程，能夠瞭解瑞典政策歐洲化的過程與發展。 本文可分爲兩個部分。第一部分先將目前歐洲化研究與理論發展的情況作一整理，以建立一有意義的分析框架。第二部分則是透過分析瑞典在加入歐洲聯盟之後的外交與社會福利政策變遷，描述瑞典歐洲化之過程並研析歐盟政策典範對於瑞典之影響力。

In this essay, the author organizes the recent theoretical development of Europeanization Study, and inducts a theoretical framework of it. Consequently, to portray the interactive policy-making process between a single member country and European Union, the essay will analyze the change of Swedish foreign policies and social welfare policies that demonstrates the Europeanization of Swedish policy. The essay is composed of two parts. The first part will organize the recently developed Europeanization Study and then illustrate an analytical framework. In the second part, through analyzing the changes of EU joined Sweden’s foreign and social welfare policies, the essay will demonstrate the progress of Europeanization of Sweden, and evaluate the effect of “the EU policy paradigm” on Swedish policy.
