標題: 智慧化時代下的SP潔淨室公司創新生態圈戰略研究

摘要: 潔淨室工程技術又稱空氣潔淨技術,是以控制室內空氣中懸浮顆粒物濃度為目的的相關技術,在工業、醫療等領域有著重要作用。我國的潔淨室工程技術起源於20世紀60年代,已經從軍工、精密儀器、航空儀錶和電子行業等“高精尖”領域向居民日常生活領域轉移,在諸多領域都得到廣泛應用,行業競爭也日益激烈,對潔淨室行業企業提出了更高的要求。 本研究中首先梳理了潔淨室工程行業現狀和發展趨勢預測,發現雖然我國的潔淨室技術發展歷程略晚於西方發達國家,但隨著改革開放的推進,新技術、新產品、新生產工藝的不斷引入與研發,我國的潔淨室工程行業也不斷發展並逐漸進入快車道。不僅圍繞潔淨室工程行業形成了較為完備的上、中、下游產業鏈條,技術創新能力也在不斷增強。而隨著半導體、精密儀器、航空航太、醫藥以及醫療器械製造、食品加工等行業的不斷發展,潔淨室工程行業正面臨一個快速發展視窗期,需求的規模將持續增長。 同時,本研究以SP公司為樣本,梳理了其發展歷程的以及所處競爭態勢,以及發展面臨的創新不足、核心競爭力沒有樹立等問題。SP公司為應對這些問題,借鑒嘉和科技的發展經驗採用“貿—工—技”路徑促進企業轉型升級,致力打造創新生態圈;但其創新生態圈的打造仍然存在“核心技術優勢與核心競爭力培育不足”“‘政產學研用’一體化的創新群落要素培養還不完善”“SP公司業務擴展難度大,拓展進度不足”“生態圈建設需要的科學、有效的制度機制還未形成”等問題。 本研究結合生態圈理論,針對SP公司打造創新生態圈的不足提出了對策建議。建議SP公司借鑒小米生態圈的塑造和嘉和科技創新生態圈的培育,大力實施創新發展戰略,採用“堅持培育創新生態圈,以生態圈理念推進創新發展戰略”“加快夯實核心競爭力”“堅持“貿—工—技”發展路徑”“積極進軍互補型群落業務領域”等策略,推動公司轉型升級、創新發展,為SP公司和潔淨室工程行業未來的發展提供參考。
Clean room engineering technology is also known as air cleaning technology,It is a related technology aimed at controlling the concentration of suspended particulates in indoor air,It plays an important role in the fields of industry and medical treatment。China's clean room engineering technology originated in the 1960s,From military industry, precision instruments、The 'high-end' fields such as aviation instrument and electronic industry have been transferred to the daily life of residents, It has been widely used in many fields,Industry competition is also increasingly fierce,It puts forward higher requirements for enterprises in clean room industry。 In this study, the status quo and development trend prediction of clean room engineering industry are firstly summarized,It is found that although the development process of clean room technology in China is slightly later than that in western developed countries,but with the development of reform and opening,continuous introduction and development of new technology, new product、new production technology,China's clean room engineering industry is also developing and gradually into the fast lane。It has not only formed a relatively complete upstream, middle and downstream industrial chain around the clean room engineering industry, the ability of technological innovation is also increasing. With the continuous development of semiconductor, precision instruments, aerospace, medicine and medical equipment manufacturing, food processing and other industries,clean room engineering industry is facing a rapid development window period, the scale of demand will continue to grow.   At the same time,this study takes SP company as the sample,this paper combs the development process and the competitive situation,as well as the lack of innovation and core competitiveness. SP company in response to these problems, Learn from the development experience of Jiahe science and technology, adopt the 'trade industry technology' path to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, to create an innovation ecosystem; However, there are still 'insufficient cultivation of core technology advantages and core competitiveness' in the construction of its innovation ecosystem , 'The cultivation of innovation community elements of the integration of government, industry, University, research and application' is not perfect. ' It is difficult for SP company to expand its business and its progress is not enough, and the scientific and effective system and mechanism needed by the construction of ecological circle has not yet formed. Based on the theory of ecosystem, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for SP company to create innovation ecosystem. SP company uses the building of millet ecosystem and the cultivation of Jiahe science and technology innovation ecosystem to vigorously implement the innovation and development strategy, It adopts the strategies of 'persisting in cultivating innovation ecosystem, promoting innovation development strategy with the concept of ecosystem', 'accelerating the consolidation of core competitiveness', 'adhering to the development path of' trade industry technology 'and' actively marching into the business field of complementary community ', Promote the transformation and upgrading, innovation and development of the company, and provide reference for the future development of SP company and clean room engineering industry.
