Abstract: | 台灣良善的醫療制度世界有目共度,但即便在醫療資源豐富的台灣,我們在醫療的發展亦面臨著醫護短缺、城鄉差距、醫療財政赤字等問題。這不只是台灣面臨的窘境,發展中國家及世界各地其他國家也面對同樣棘手的問題。面對醫療發展困境,智慧醫療提供的有效資源分配、自動化醫療、精準醫療、遠距醫療等,提供醫療展業發展的方向,可有效解決現今醫療發所遇到的問題。 本文透過兩大面向研究台灣智慧醫療發展的方向,點出智慧醫療發展的成功關鍵因素,其一、利用資料科學的方式,歸納總結出台灣智慧醫療影響的關鍵因素,其二,使用個案分析法,研究美國、英國、新加坡以及台灣,並結合資料科學的結論,給出科技、合作以及平台為最為重要的三大元素。 Taiwan is well known for its good medical system, but even in Taiwan, which is rich in medical resources, its medical development is also facing problems such as shortage of medical care, urban-rural gap, and medical budget deficit. Also, the developing countries or any countries in the world is facing equally thorny problems. Facing the predicament of medical development, e-health provides effective resource allocation, automated medical treatment, precision medical treatment, telemedicine, etc. e-health provides the direction for the development of medical industry, which can effectively solve the problems that we encountered in today's medical development. This paper points out the key factors for the success of the development of e-health through two major parts of research on the development of e-health in Taiwan. First, we summarize the key factors of e-health in Taiwan with data science method. Second, we use the case analysis method to study the development of e-health in United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Taiwan, and conclude that the important factors of e-health are technology, cooperation and platform. |
