個人化書目管理應用工具──以臺大佛學數位圖書館為例

Abstract

現有的個人書目管理工具，對於已蒐羅文獻的檢索策略與功能多聚焦在「找出符合檢索條件的特定書目」。然而，有時候使用者需要的並不是特定物件的找尋，而是整片樹林的概覽，其目的在於快速地分析出集群的特性、脈絡與趨勢。因此，本研究以臺大佛學數位圖書館為例，介接DocuSky數位人文學術研究平臺，建造線上個人化書目管理應用工具，試以滿足使用者見樹見林的資訊需求。 本研究自臺大佛學數位圖書館書目資料出發，探討學術研究者的書目管理與加值需求，從而建立書目資料與DocuSky核心規範DocuXml間的對應與轉換關係。其後，設計DocuLib Json作為此個人化書目管理應用工具資料儲存交換的格式，用以記錄使用者資料，及串接臺大佛圖書目資料。 本工具透過書目管理模組，協助學術研究者書目資料的蒐集、彙整、加值等管理需求。利用書目應用模組介接DocuSky，將DocuLib Json內的個人書目資料對應轉換為DocuXml，建立個人書目資料庫，藉以提供微觀與宏觀的資訊檢索策略。期望透過數位人文精神的引入，提升文本脈絡的提取效率，提供資料整體的鳥瞰式分析與觀察，幫助研究者專注於非文本脈絡的挖掘和詮釋。

The searching strategies within current personal bibliography management tools mostly focus on finding specific literature that meets the searching conditions. However, sometimes users are in search of an overview of the entire collection, rather than individual pieces of literature. The purpose of obtaining a collection overview is to quickly analyze the features, context, and trends of the cluster. Therefore, this study takes the Digital Library of Buddhist Studies (DLBS) of National Taiwan University as an example to develop an online personalized bibliography management/application tool. The study connects the bibliography of DLBS with the DocuSky Collaboration Platform to satisfy users' information needs. Using DLBS’s bibliography, this study firstly examines academic researchers’ needs for bibliography management and additional value-adding functions. This step is to establish the corresponding and converting relationships between the bibliography and DocuXml, where the latter is the schema of DocuSky. Then, DocuLib Json is designed to serve as the data format of this bibliography management tool for storage and interchange purposes. It can be used to document users’ data as well as connect to the DLBS bibliography. The management module of this bibliography tool is designed to assist academic researchers in their needs for bibliography management, such as literature collection and organization, or additional value-adding services. The application module, connected with DocuSky, converts personalized bibliography from the format of DocuLib Json into DocuXml and establishes a personal bibliography database to provide information retrieval strategies at micro- and macro- levels. Hopefully, by introducing thoughts of Digital Humanities, the efficiency of information retrieval can be improved, and an overall analysis of personalized collection can be provided to help researchers focus on the mining and interpretation of non-textual contexts.
