RFID應用於高單價零售消費者互動零售流程之研究

Abstract

線上消費比重逐年提高，使得需要與消費者實體接觸的高單價互動實體零售業，受到相當大的衝擊。面對快速變動的消費環境，實體零售業銷售模式勢必須提升到以消費者為中心的數據驅動新零售提供能夠改善購買旅程體驗，使讓消費者感受到更佳的消費服務感受，從提高知覺價值和降低知覺風險為主要目標，最乃至提升銷量。 近年來，零售對開始紛紛導入客戶資料平台(Customer Data Platform)，這是一種以資料驅動(Data Driven)銷售模式方式，藉收集分析第一方客戶資料，提升提高客戶的參與度及客製化銷售方式。本研究將探討在利用RFID特性下，更容易、更完整的收集和串連線下的第一方消費者資料，並使用客戶資料平台整合線上線下紀錄，提升高單價互動性零售消費者服務體驗，進而產生實質的銷售業績。

An increase in online consumption significantly impacts the high unit price in an interactive retail chain, which requires physical contact with consumers. A consumer-centric retail chain improves the purchase journey experience to increase the perceived value and reduce perceived risk. This research investigates the link between the RFID and customer data platform, which is a data-driven sales model that collects and analyzes first-party customer data, to improve consumers’ experience in the high unit price interactive retail chain and purchase intention.
