Abstract: | 近年來,由於國民健康意識的提高,人們對運動設施的需求和從業人員的專業知識的要求都在增加。提高人力資源和體育設施的質量,以滿足多樣化的需求和生活質量,並提高體育設施的運作效率有其必要性。 本研究旨在建構運動場館初階經理人的職能模型。本研究採用職能訪談法,進行半結構式的訪談,整理出第一版職能模型後,輔以德爾菲法驗證一致性,找出運動中心初階經理人所需之職能內涵,最後使用AHP層級分析法權重找出運動中心初階經理人所需職能中最為重要的部分,以利後續研究進行。 研究結果發現運動中心初階經理人職能基準,主要有5大工作任務、13項工作活動與35項行為指標。研究結果期能對運動中心人力資源規劃、人員招募選聘與人才培養之基礎上有所助益,並提供學校或培訓機構掌握業界所需到人才規格,提升運動中心營運績效,促進運動產業發展。 In recent years, due to the rise of citizens health awareness, people’s demands for both sports facilities and expertise of staff were increased. It is necessary to improve the quality of both human resources and sport facilities in order to meet the diversified needs and quality of life as well as to provide a better service. Therefore, it is important to construct the occupational competency standard for sport facilities staff. The purpose of this study was to construct the occupational competency standard for the junior managers of sports center. Research methods consist with literature review, 3 rounds of delphi and AHP method. The occupational competency standard proposed by Workforce Development Agency (Ministry of Labor). The result of this research shows that sports centers junior manager requires a total of 5 major work task, 13 work activities and 35 behavior indicators. This research can be used as reference for recruitment and training for the civil sports center operators and relevant government authorities in the future. |
