Abstract: 透過文獻回顧與法規探討整理出古蹟火災的常見因素、防火管理機制與救災方式。透過與專家深入訪談了解實務上從設計、管理維護到救災機制會遇到的狀況以及討論可能可以改善的方向,並系統化整理成魚骨圖(要因分析圖),分析古蹟火災各項要因與解決方法。最後探討現有物聯網技術的能力,如何將現有防 災系統透過資訊數位化的方式達到全方位的整合應用,特別著重在如何預防古蹟發生火災。了解現有消防系統的優缺點,深入探討更先進的火災預警設備技術、也提出了實務上較常發生但較少討論的電氣火災預防方式。透過實務上的經驗,了解如何透過物聯網科技即時整合必要資訊並通報場域管理者跟消防隊、新設備新技術與現行法規上的衝突、消防系統資訊數位化與自動化的必要性與痛點,以及古蹟建築物本身導入防災系統的限制,目標來尋求更好的古蹟防災管理方式,期許達到有效減災,守護珍貴文化資產。
Sort out the main fire factors, fire management mechanism, and firefighting techniques of historical sites through literature review and legal discussion. Through in- depth interviews with experts to understand the practical situation from design, management, and maintenance to disaster relief methods, discuss possible directions for improvement, and systematically organize them into a fishbone diagram (causal analysis diagram) to analyze the causes and preventive solutions of historic fires. Focus on fire prevention of historic sites, and discuss how to integrate and apply the existing disaster prevention system through the digitalization of information and the capabilities of the existing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Understand the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fire protection system, confer more advanced fire early warning equipment technology, and propose the prevention of electrical fire that occurs more frequently but is less discussed. Comprehend how to use IoT technology to integrate necessary information in real- time and alert the administrators and notify the fire brigade automatically, conflicts between new equipment and new technologies and current regulations, the necessity and pain points of digitalization and automation of fire system information, and the limitation of the introduction of disaster prevention systems in the historic buildings themselves, the goal is to seek a better management method for disaster prevention of historical sites, hoping to achieve effective disaster reduction and protect precious cultural assets.
