Abstract: 本研究為針對玻璃製程中玻璃平板經研磨之後的沖洗環節,對平板上殘留顆粒的移除能力進行實驗模擬。研磨技術在工業界中被廣泛應用,而對於研磨之後在被加工物表面產生的大量殘留顆粒,沖洗環節成為了極為重要的一部分。
本研究於水槽中架設線性滑軌、滑車、噴嘴,模擬工廠產線中玻璃經過研磨之後的噴嘴沖洗過程。本文中記錄在噴嘴呈不同攻角與不同旋轉角時,玻璃平板表面上殘留顆粒的移除狀況,使用圖像分析的方式將玻璃平板經過噴嘴沖洗後表面上的顆粒殘留數據化,比對各組結果後,找出顆粒移除能力最佳的噴嘴參數組合。
最後,再透過四組不同的實驗對噴嘴沖洗玻璃平板時所形成的流場與平板表面殘留顆粒的移除情形進行更進一步的實驗分析。
This study is an experimental simulation of the ability to remove residual particles from a glass plate in the glass manufacturing process by rinsing the plate after grinding. Grinding technology is widely used in the industry, and the rinsing process is an important part of the process because of the large amount of residual particles generated on the surface of the processed material after grinding.
In this study, linear rails, carriages, and nozzles were set up in the sink to simulate the rinsing process of the nozzles after grinding glass in a factory production line. In this paper, the removal of particles on the surface of the glass plate was recorded at different attack angles and different orientation of the nozzles, and the particle residue on the surface of the glass plate after nozzle rinsing was quantified by image analysis.
Finally, four different experiments were conducted to further analyze the flow field formed by the nozzle when washing the glass plate and the removal of particles on the plate surface.
