Abstract

近年來，國際上減塑風潮加劇，各國政府的限塑政策也不斷更新，人們不管是主動還是被動，漸漸地改變生活型態的同時，也改變了某些產業的型態。有些企業因為政策而獲得了大量的關注，商品也跟著大賣；有些人也因為跟上潮流，用創新的模式服務民眾新增的需求。 像是賣環保吸管的QC館、FNG世代設計的寶特袋，皆是因為限塑政策進而熱賣的商品。又或是想要減少一次性塑膠杯、紙杯使用的環保杯出租業者青瓢，還有推出大賣的環保隨身杯的傳產第三代源源鋼藝，他們則是看到了趨勢，抓住了商機。但不管是哪一家公司，他們的出發點都是希望環境、社會能更好。就連因為政策而受害、影響業績的生物可分解業者，研發材質的初衷也是想要解決塑膠垃圾的問題。 本深度報導除了介紹不同個案減塑的創新商品或服務，以及他們看到的商機之外，也探討在減塑政策、風潮之下產生的問題，進一步去挖掘台灣的優勢和劣勢，希望能讓台灣的政府、企業以及民眾擁抱商機的同時，也能真正邁向永續發展。

In recent years, the plastic reduction becomes an irresistible global trend, the governments of various countries limit the plastic policy is also constantly updated. As people gradually change their lifestyle, so has the pattern of some industries change. Some companies get a lot of attention because of the plastic restriction policies, and their products also sell very well. Some are also trying to keep up with the trend, with innovative models to serve the new needs of the public. For example, environmental straws by the QC store and the bags designed by FNG are products that are popular in the market because of the plastic restriction policy. Or QingPiao, a green cup renter reduced the use of disposable plastic cups and paper cups; the steel company made popular portable cups. Both of them witnessed the trend and seized the opportunity. But no matter which company, their starting point is to improve the environment and society. Even the biodegradable industry, which has been hurt by the policy and affects its business performance, is developing materials in the first place to solve the plastic waste problem.
