Abstract: | 隨著科技與環境不斷快速變化,企業必須因應環境變化調整公司策略和體質,才能夠適應環境達到企業持續成長之目標。近年來由於網際網路發展臻於成熟,數位環境連結與大數據興起,導致平台商業模式再度引起關注,不論是新創公司或傳統企業,皆有運用此一歷久彌新的企業策略做為整體發展的佈局,顛覆既有的運行規則,開創新局成為各產業領域佼佼者,進而成跨國企業的成功例子,令人驚豔。本研究以台灣遊戲產業的龍頭業者之一的實際個案,分析遊戲公司如何運用金融科技發展趨勢下,政府開放科技業者加入特許電子支付機構經營之機會,搭配自身企持續成長的平台發展策略來增加其整體競爭力,以因應台灣遊戲產業面臨競爭日益激烈的挑戰,提高企業永續經營與發展之實力,同時本研究亦提供相關業者欲投入台灣行動支付市場發展之參考與建議。 Along with the rapidly changing technology and environment, companies must adjust their strategies in response to environmental changes in order to achieve the goal of sustainable growth. This study investigates how one of the leading players in Taiwan’s game industry took advantage of the trend of financial technology development and government deregulation to enter the electronic payment markets in Taiwan. This company’s growth strategy for sustainable competitive advantages was thoroughly analyzed in the case study. Managerial implications, limitations and directions for future research were then discussed. |
