|Abstract:||本研究旨在探討應用知識管理於兩岸科技產業，研究過程以實務工作者觀點及文獻探討為主，並以負責知識管理相關工作之主管為受訪對象。以其意見為研究的重點，目的是在找出足以代表兩岸科技產業應用知識管理創新於實務的關鍵成功因素。本研究首先採用文獻探討法並透過藉由專家訪談，瞭解目前實施現況及影響關鍵成功因素，彙整並設計成專家問卷，再藉由層級分析法(Analysis Hierarchy Process；AHP)的專家學者諮詢，進行專家問卷。
The main purpose of this study is to discuss the application of knowledge management (KM) in the technology industry. The research contains the knowledge management practical workers’ viewpoints, the brief literature review, and the managers who responsible for knowledge management were invited to answer the questionnaires. Based on their points of view, the critical successful factors which sufficiently representative the applications of KM in the technology industry could be obtained. This research is primary by literature review and depth interview with specialists to understand the current applications and the critical successful factors. After summarized their opinions, the expert questionnaires will be finished. Through consulting with the experts of the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP), we process the expert questionnaires.
At the first stage, 3 specialized managers of technology industry were invited in our depth interview to offer their personal practical experiences and critical successful factors in KM for developing the expert questionnaires. Next, 10 experts of relevant industrial superiors and seniors were involved in the processing of the expert questionnaires. The critical successful factors of apply the KM innovation in the technology industry could be obtained by summarize and analyze the data of AHP.
According to the results of AHP, the planning of innovatively organizational vision is the most important factor of KM innovation in technology industry. The education, experiences, and personality are the secondarily important factor. The influence of organizational culture is also the secondarily important factors of KM innovation in technology industry.
