Abstract: | 面對當前產業環境快速變遷與激烈競爭, 一個已進入成熟期產業的公司,如何應用組織轉型發展新事業,重新建立國際品牌,由母國邁向國際市場並建立高績效且全球整合與地方回應的跨國性組織是台灣企業的夢想與典範。
本篇論文利用文獻探討與研究方法, 藉由研究一家智能手機公司在歷經成熟企業所面臨的全球挑戰,想要跨足新領域成立新事業群達到再創事業高峰的過程。 此研究包含探討個案公司在企業組織的轉型過程, 如何從現有的單一產品組織變成多產品事業群組織,歷經新事業群的組織設計,建立國際品牌成立跨國公司,發展高績效組織以追求企業的永續經營的過程。 Faced with the rapid change of industrial environment and fierce competition, a company that has entered mature industry, how to apply organization transformation to develop new cause, to rebuild international brand, and to establish high performance and global integration and local responsiveness transnational organization is the dream and model of Taiwanese enterprises. This thesis uses literature to explore and research methods, by studying a Smartphone Company in the mature enterprises faced with the global challenges, want to set up new areas of the new business group to achieve the peak of the process. This research contains a discussion of the transformation process of the case company in the enterprise organization, how to change from the existing single product organization to the Multi Product business groups organization, design new business organization , establishes the international brand to set up the transnational company, the development high performance organization pursues the enterprise's sustainable management process. |
