台灣高端人士退休生涯規劃市場商機探討

Abstract

人口老化是全球各國普遍的問題。聯合國的資料顯示，台灣在1993年邁入高齡化社會、2018年邁入高齡社會、2025年將邁入超高齡社會，屆時台灣每五個人將有一位是超過65歲的老年人。此外，台灣的平均壽命和平均餘命持續延長，國人在退休後仍有20-25年的生活必須進行規劃。在「有錢有閒」的前提下，如何規劃退休時間，極大化餘命的價值、自我實現和社會貢獻是一個很重要的議題。本研究透過文獻回顧和問卷調查找出退休市場的潛在商機，期望發展出一套專門針對退休族群所設計的自我實現和終生學習產品，進而利用商業模式地圖的理論架構建立此新創產業的商業模式。

Population aging is a common issue worldwide. Information from the United Nations shows that Taiwan became an aging society in 1993, an aged society in 2018, and will be a super-aged society in 2025, upon which one out of five people in Taiwan will be an elderly person over 65 years of age. Additionally, Taiwan's average age and average life expectancy continues to increase, meaning that retirement life lasts an average of 20-25 years. For those with wealth and health, the issue of how to plan retirement life to maximize life value, self-realization, and social contribution is highly important. This study uses literature review and a market survey to identify potential business opportunities within the retirement market, hoping to develop a set of self-realization and continuing education products specifically for retirees. We also used the business model canvas framework to establish a new business model for this industry.
