Abstract: 在產業環境快速轉變下,人力資源和人才管理對於企業的重要性越來越重要,近期人才短缺(尤其是專業人才和管理人才短缺)的情形越來越嚴重。「找到對的人做對的事」是每一個企業都熟知的成功之道。然而,找對的人是一件艱辛又耗時的工作,因此企業常需將招才的業務委外給獵人頭顧問。一般而言,企業需要獵人頭顧問處理的職缺時效性較緊迫、保密性較高、適合人選較侷限。在台灣,獵人頭顧問推薦人才的過程通常採用成功酬勞(contingency fee)的模式收費,因此若人選沒有成功媒合是不會收到任何費用。在這樣的收費模式下,人選媒合的成功與否對於獵人頭顧問有關鍵性的影響。本論文透過深度訪談研究獵人頭產業的成功關鍵因素,並從人選面、企業面、顧問面三方面分別探討獵人頭產業的成敗因素。
In rapidly changing industry environments, human resources and talent management have become more and more important, and lack of talent (particularly in terms of professional talent and management talent) has become more prominent recently. “Finding the right person to do the right work” is a mantra for success that every company knows. However, finding the right person is often a challenging and time-consuming task, so companies often have to outsource these tasks to headhunters. In general, companies use headhunters to fill positions that are timely, have high need for discretion, or have a limited scope of suitable candidates. In Taiwan, headhunters usually work on a contingency basis, and therefore do not receive any fees if candidates are not accepted by clients. Under these conditions, the successes and failures of recruitments significantly affect headhunters. This study conducted in-depth interviews to examine the key success factors of the headhunting industry from three aspects: candidates, companies, and headhunters.
