Abstract: 人工智慧正在改變著世界,市場的發展朝向從垂直(Vertical)市場需求開始向外展開需求,需求有賴多個企業甚至整個產業共同合作來滿足。過往單純的合作與競爭關係的傳統策略分析方法,產生了侷限。人工智慧的產業發展應該要以「一群相互連結,共同創造價值與分享價值的企業」為研究對象的「商業生態系統」觀點來觀察其中各種角色之間的競合關係。
本研究以價值網分析方式,來探討人工智慧市場中,目前既有的領先者,繪圖晶片廠商N公司,在生態系統中,如何因應動態情境變化,來決定競爭策略。研究方法採用次級資料分析法,探討物人工智慧市場生態系統之間的互動態勢,並且運用深度訪談法,了解市場內個別廠商對於人工智慧市場發展與競合策略的看法。
本研究主要貢獻在清楚描繪並歸納出人工智慧市場的變遷動態。有別於以往靜態的分析模式,研究結果具有理論與實務的參考價值。就理論來說,本研究藉由商業生態系統所面臨外在環境變遷過程之探討,發現廠商之間存在既競爭又合作及既合作又競爭的關係,研究了動態競爭理論的研究範疇。在實務上,本研究指出,不論是否具備主導地位,廠商都應該了解並掌握整體商業生態系統的變遷,才能在瞬息萬變的經營環境中長久生存。文末也討論了結論建議與研究限制。
Artificial intelligence is changing the world. The development of the market is beginning to expand from the vertical market demand. The demand depends on the cooperation of many companies and even the entire industry. The traditional strategy analysis method of simple cooperation and competition in the past has produced limitations. The development of artificial intelligence industry should observe the 'competitive relationship' between various roles by taking a ' ecosystem' view of 'a group of enterprises that connect each other and create value together and share value'.
This study uses the “value net” analysis method to explore the existing talents in the artificial intelligence market, and the GPU chip manufacturer N, in the ecosystem, how to adapt to the dynamic situation changes to determine the competition strategy. The research method uses secondary data analysis to explore the mutual dynamics between the artificial intelligence market ecosystems, and uses in-depth interviews to understand the views of individual manufacturers in the market on artificial intelligence market development and competition strategies.
