摘要: | 本研究先採用靜態分析產業現況及各公司一般性競爭策略,再以動態競爭的原理分析出可能的競爭對手及相關回應,分析產業動態回應,最後訂出產業及企業策略。本主要研究目的為:
1.分析智慧卡產業及特色。 2.利用動態競爭策略原理並以個案A公司觀點分析競爭策略。 3.針對本研究個案公司及智慧卡產業提出策略規劃及建議 以靜態競爭及動態競爭基本理論,作為論文分析五大要素: 1.一般性競爭策略。 2.五力模型。 3.策略鑽石模型。 4.市場、資源(MC-RS) 。 5.競爭性行動AMC 分析。 本研究歸納結論如下: 1.智慧卡產業應不斷研發,透過提升消費者使用智慧卡的體驗,才能抵抗FinTech的衝擊。 2.需協助銀行加快發卡時間,迎戰行動科技的來臨。 3.公司應持續創新不斷研發,朝向產品多元發展方向,創造公司競爭力,達到永續經營的目標。 The Smart Card industry mainly uses the static strategic point of view to analyze the direction of the enterprise, and it is rare for dynamic competition. This study firstly uses the static strategic analysis of the current situation of the industry and the general competitive strategies of various companies, and then analyzes possible competitors and related responses based on the principle of dynamic competition, analyzes the dynamic response of the industry, and finally sets the industry and corporate strategy. The main research purposes are: 1. Analyze smart card industry and features. 2. Use the principle of dynamic competition strategy and analyze the competition strategy from the point of view of case A company. 3. Proposed strategic planning and Suggestions for the company A and smart card industry. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The smart card industry should continue to R&D, and it can resist the impact of FinTech by enhancing the user experience of using smart cards. 2. Need to assist banks to speed up card issuance and come to the advent of mobile technology. 3. The company should continue to innovate and continuously R&D, aiming at the diversified development direction of products, creating the competitiveness of the company and achieving the goal of sustainable operation. |
