商業模式與企業評價之個案研究—以X公司個案為例

Abstract

本研究在藉由探討未上市網通個案X公司的企業價值案例，作為公司價值的評估。並以其2018至2023這六年的財務表現數據，以現金流量折現法DCF ( Discount Cash Flow Model )來評估X公司企業價值並來其做出評價。 並從此假設及實作中進一步了解產業供個案公司及網通產業相類似的公司做參考，最後，經由整體評價分析後所得的結果，找出公式上假設所帶來的涵義，並進一步試圖找出如何讓企業價值提升的變因。

This research plans to explore and study on the subject of the corporate value analysis by a real case study, based on a pre-IPO company ( herein, we called it “X” company). Based on the estimated financial data for X company from 2018 to 2023, we use the DCF (Discount Cash Flow Model ) method to evaluate this X company. This study can be referenced by the similar type of company in this industry. Finally, by the results of this evaluation, this study also try to find out the real meaning behind the DCF formula and also try to find the parameters to help the cooperate value goes up.
