摘要: | PM2.5和溫室效應對於環境和個人健康的影響促使近期環保意識的高漲,全球各國政府也陸續訂定出環境保護相關的規範和政策。荷蘭和挪威在2025年將禁發新汽油和柴油車牌照,德國、印度、愛爾蘭等國在2030年將禁發新汽油和柴油車牌照,英國和法國在2040年將禁發新汽油和柴油車牌照。這樣的政策帶動了電動車和電動機車產業近年的快速成長,也開啟台灣電動機車產業的契機。本研究透過鑽石模型和五力分析分析台灣電動機車產業的競爭優勢和競爭態勢,並使用五力分析和價值鏈分析電動機車廠商F公司的競爭優勢。 The effects of PM 2.5 air particles and global warming on the environment and personal health has facilitated a recent rise in environmental concern. Governments all across the globe have begun establishing regulations and policies relevant to environmental protection. The Netherlands and Norway will cease to issue new licenses for pertrol and diesel cars in 2025. Germany, India, and Ireland will cease to issue new licenses for pertrol and diesel cars in 2030. England and France will cease to issue new licenses for pertrol and diesel cars in 2040. These policies have led to rapid growth in the electric vehicle and e-scooter industries in recent years and are also providing developmental opportunities for Taiwan’s e-scooter industry. This study uses the Diamond Model and the Five Forces Model to analyze competitive advantages and the competitive status in the Taiwanese e-scooter industry, and also uses the Five Forces Model and the Value Chain Model to analyze competitive advantages of the e-scooter company F Company. |
