| Abstract: | 專業代工為過去數十年來,台灣經濟成長的重要助力,也讓台灣企業在全球IT產業,取得重要的一席之地。隨著中國廠家的崛起,削價競爭隨之而起,也促使了代工產業的毛利率越降越低,而隨著工業自動化以及日漸普及以及下一世代製造概念工業4.0的導入,這一切都是需要大量資本投入的工作;多數已在市場上占一席之地的代工業者,即會面臨抉擇,去思考他們的機會成本,到底該不該再投入更多資源在代工領域,抑或者選擇退出或轉型去尋找更好的產業,但普遍企業會有營收必須保持成長的壓力,因此要怎麼轉型,轉到哪個方向,又要保持營收成長即成為一個值得探討的議題。 而組織轉型是一項富挑戰性且不容易成功的工作,方向的確立,向心力的凝聚及使命目標的達成對經營者而言都會是極大的挑戰。但是一旦成功了,則可以促使企業保有一段穩定成長以及穩定獲利的時間。 本研究對個案P公司X事業部,透過產業外部環境PEST分析、產業五力分析,核心能力檢視以及C-SOP模型等方式,探討其轉型以及成長的策略,期望能對面臨相同處境的企業提供一個參考的案例。 Professional foundry has provided an important boost to Taiwan's economic growth in the past decades, and has also allowed Taiwanese companies to gain an important place in the global IT industry. With the rise of Chinese manufacturers, price competition has come along with, and the gross profit margin of the foundry industry has also decreased. With industrial automation and the increasing popularity and the introduction of the next generation of manufacturing concept Industry 4.0, all of this It is a work that requires a large amount of capital investment; most of the foundries who have already taken a place in the market will face a choice, to think about their opportunity cost, whether to invest more resources in the foundry field, or choose to withdraw Or transform to find a better industry, but in general, companies will have the pressure to maintain revenue growth. Therefore, how to transform, which direction to turn, and maintain revenue growth is a topic worthy of discussion. Organizational transformation is a challenging task that is not easy to succeed. The establishment of direction, the cohesion of centripetal force, and the achievement of mission goals will all be extremely challenging for managements. But once it succeeds, it can encourage the company to maintain a period of stable growth and stable profitability for a while. This research uses PEST analysis of the external environment of the industry, the analysis of the five forces of the industry, the review of the core competence and the C-SOP model to discuss the transformation and growth strategies of the case P company X business unit.
