Abstract: 本研究旨在採用 M 集團為個案探討就業服務公司採取多角化經營的動機、策略、成效。就業服務產業是個深受法規控管的產業,這個市場上有太多隻手在操控,因此就業服務公司想要在這麼受限的市場上生存除了做好自己的本業外,也需要透過多角化經營策略獲取營利,立足於不同的市場,讓企業能夠更具競爭力、永續經營。M 集團在就業服務市場上已有 26 年的服務經驗,不僅塑造出自己的品牌形象,也因為與雇主、移工們的密切連結,讓 M 集團在各個產業領域上都有資源可以使用,為多角化策略發展打造一個最好的環境,M 集團充分利用這些資源在餐飲業、零售業、廣告業等都有不錯的發展。然而並不是每個策略都成功,因此希望透過本研究除了分析成功的多角化策略,學習其優點、保持下去,也要從失敗的例子中汲取經驗,降低風險,為下一次的成功做準備。
The study aims to explore the motivation, strategy and result of the diversified management adopted by employment service company, choosing M Group as analyzing case. The employment service industry is well-regulated, with too many hands manipulating the market. Therefore, to survive in such a restricted market, employment service company have to profit via diversification strategies, setting foot on various market other than focusing on their own business, enabling the enterprise to operate with more competitiveness and sustainability. The M Group possesses 26 years of experience in the employment service industry. With the brand it has established and its connection between employees and foreign workers, the M Group has resource in various industry, which provides a suitable environment for diversification strategies. The M Group makes the most of its resource to make a good development in catering, retail and advertising industry, while some other strategies can hardly be deemed success. Through the study, in addition to analyzing successful diversification strategies and learning its advantages, we also hope readers may learn from failure examples, reduce risk and prepare for the next success.
