Abstract: 本研究是用個案分析法來探討國際教師培訓中心經營管理的架構;從教育開始論述起,再談到教師與教師培訓,進而分析教師培訓中心的經營管理,最終走向國際化。
研究者提出國際教師培訓中心經營管理模型ITT Model,研究歸納出經營管理的四大構面,分別是管理、服務、IT、品牌;進一步詳細論述ITT Model具有同心圓、無邊界、整合以及輻射的意涵;最後將四大構面又分成內部與外部子構面,「內部」的定義是指企業靠自身核心能耐即可完成的事務,「外部」的定義則是企業要靠外部資源方能完成之事務;每一個子構面都有3個重要的探討項目,試圖用ITT Model完整的描繪出國際教師培訓的創新經營管理模式。
ITT Model的四個經營管理構面,最具挑戰性的就是品牌經營;研究最終聚焦在品牌經營上,品牌經營的研究特別對焦在企業宗旨、品牌價值、顧客價值上做分析。
此研究的結論是確定ITT Model的可行性與一般性,只是,此個案分析屬質性分析,期待未來有更多的案例可以進行量性分析,量性分析中能夠量化衡量的指標。
The training of teachers across the globe has been a critical issue worldwide. However, there has been little research investigating the management of this issue. This research thus aims to explore the management of international teacher training by adopting the case study method. An International Teacher Training Model (ITT Model) was developed and proposed, consisting of four dimensions including management, service, information technology (IT), and brand. An international teacher training organization, Education Group I, was then examined with the ITT Model. Customer value proposition and brand management was further analyzed in details. Implications, limitations, and future research directions are then discussed.
