Abstract: 台灣嬰兒用品產業經營業態、商業模式,正面臨「典範轉移」的營運衝突,企業經營管理者面臨危機,都必須要重新檢視、研究分析、策略佈局、建構優勢,甚至要有“毀滅重來”的勇氣和決心!
「資訊科技帶來快速的集中效益,也導致市場更加分散破碎」,是企業組織未來可能的策略或營運模式急需要解決的關鍵問題。企業必須透過一個嚴謹的「策略架構與價值分析」,找到最適合傳遞給消費者的價值組合,並嘗試不斷優化好的排列重組價值,才能帶來更好的顧客忠誠度與營收。
企業最想看、卻無法見的兩張底牌,就是困境與策略!面臨超熱競爭、經營陷弱、需求位移等威脅時,嬰兒用品產業該如何解套才能成功掙脫困境迎向產業新動能。
The business and operation model of baby product industry in Taiwan are facing the conflicts of “paradigm shift” and the business managers are confronting the crises as well who must re-examine, research and analyze the situation so as to construct and develop their industries. Additionally, they even need to have the courage and determination to destroy and rebuild them.
"Information technology brings rapid and concentrated benefits, which also leads to a more fragmented market." It is a key issue for enterprises to urgently address their future strategies or operating models. Companies must find the best combination of value which is more suitable for consumers and try to optimize and arrange the combination of value continuously through a rigorous "strategic architecture and value analysis" in order to bring a better loyalty of customers and revenue.
The two undercards that enterprises most want to see, but can’t see are dilemma and strategy. Faced with the threat of super-hot competition, weak operation, demand displacement, etc, how the enterprises to solve the problems and break through the barriers so as to manufacture the new industrial energy is crucial.
