傳統產業轉型與永續經營之探討 - 以中國砂輪企業為例

Abstract

隨著台灣產業結構轉變為以高科技產業為主，傳統產業如何創造永續經營的新契機，是相當值得探討的議題。 本研究以中國砂輪企業為例，透過個案研究及SWOT和五力分析，在AI人工智慧於工業運用開始萌芽的時空背景下，提出如何應用智慧化生產模式，採用漸進式的成長策略，以求突破傳統產業現狀，創造永續經營契機。

Following the industrial transition of Taiwan from traditional into high technology industries, the sustainable development of companies in the traditional industry should be an important issue worth exploration. Under the era of AI (artificial intelligence) technology, this research discussed the adaptation of intelligent production and proposed incremental growth strategies with the aims to create the momentum and opportunities of sustainable development for the traditional industry. The case study methodology, SWOT analysis and Michael Porter's five forces model were adopted. Growth strategies were analyzed, discussed and suggested. Implications, limitations and directions for future research were then discussed.
